I am a native of Southern California, and have been a full time licensed Real Estate Broker for more than 30 years, facilitating over 1000 home purchases. I assist both buyers and sellers with new and resale homes covering San Diego, Riverside and Orange counties. Negotiating real estate transactions is like a chess game where to be successful you have to think several moves ahead. Clear communication is my guiding principle.
I live on a ranch in Vista, California where I grow fruit tress and welcome all the animals and birds they attract. When I am not helping people with their real estate needs, you can find me hiking and loving nature in the great outdoors and being grateful everyday for all the beauty around me.
I feel very fortunate to have found a career a long time ago that I still love working in.
